The Details
Finished in Anvil Clearcoat, this 2025 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition is an American Expedition Vehicles JL370 custom build.
This Jeep is outfitted with a 6.4L HEMI V8, producing 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Rubicon package enhances capability with electronic locking front and rear differentials, electronic sway bar disconnect, heavy-duty rock rails, and enhanced skid plate protection.
The AEV transformation is comprehensive and built with intent for off-road excursions. The stamped steel RX Front Bumper provides superior protection with chassis-mounted recovery points and integrated lower skid plate, accommodating a Warn Zeon 10-S winch for recovery work. AEV's expedition-ready DualSport RT Suspension System delivers the optimal balance of load-carrying capacity and ride quality through frequency-tuned, triple-rate coil springs providing 2.5" of additional ride height and custom-tuned Bilstein shock absorbers. The tubular steel Rear Bumper features corner protection, whilst the RX Tire Carrier secures the spare without relying on tailgate hinges which is critical for durability on challenging terrain.
Visibility is ensured by AEV 7000 Series LED Off-Road Lights, designed specifically for all-terrain travel with exceptional clarity and distance. Each AEV build includes a serial-numbered VIN plate, exclusive exterior emblems, windshield banner, embroidered headrests, and custom gauge cluster overlay—hallmarks of authentic Wixom craftsmanship.
Currently displaying just 1,078 miles, this Rubicon 392 Final Edition remains in virtually as-delivered condition rolling on 17–Inch x 8.0–Inch Bronze Beadlock–Capable Wheels.
