This 1966 Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 presents in Amaranto over a Cream leather interior, one of 455 Series II examples produced between 1965 and 1967, and carries one of the more thoroughly documented ownership and exhibition histories available on a car of this generation. Sold new through Luigi Chinetti Motors in New York in July 1966 — confirmed by the Ferrari Classiche Red Book issued in 2010 — chassis 8627 underwent a complete refurbishment in 2005 and went on to earn Gold and Platinum awards at Concorso Italiano in 2005, 2007, and 2008, before later appearing at the Cavallino Classic and Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance in 2017.Power comes from Ferrari's 4.0-liter Colombo V12 breathing through triple Weber carburetors, overhauled in 2013 with approximately 1,000 miles added since, paired with a five-speed manual gearbox and accompanied by an ANSA quad-exit exhaust and 15" Campagnolo alloy wheels.
