2023 Ram TRX Mammoth 1000

Ram’s 2023 TRX was already a high-water mark for full-size truck performance—supercharged, oversized, and unapologetically brash. But in the hands of Hennessey Performance Engineering, it became something else entirely: a 1,000-horsepower statement piece with the presence to match. Dubbed the Mammoth 1000, this Texas-born titan turns Ram’s factory-built muscle truck into a true hypertruck, equal parts trophy truck and exotic car killer.

To build the Mammoth 1000, Hennessey retains the heart of the TRX—the 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI V8—but overhauls it with a high-flow 2.65L supercharger, upgraded fuel injectors, a heavy-duty blower belt, and proprietary engine calibration. The result is a dyno-proven 1,012 horsepower and 969 lb-ft of torque—figures that vault this 6,500-pound behemoth from 0 to 60 mph in a staggering 3.2 seconds and through the quarter mile in just 11.4. These are numbers usually reserved for McLarens and Lamborghinis, delivered here with four-wheel drive, off-road suspension, and a full-size bed.

As imposing visually as it is mechanically, this particular Mammoth 1000 is finished in a rare and arresting shade of Baja Yellow over black leather and Alcantara. A custom front bumper with integrated LED lighting, 20-inch Hennessey wheels wrapped in 35-inch off-road tires, and “Mammoth” branding throughout elevate the already aggressive factory stance. The interior, meanwhile, remains luxuriously appointed with carbon-fiber trim, a panoramic sunroof, heated and ventilated seats, and Uconnect infotainment with surround-view cameras and Harman Kardon audio.

Delivered new in 2023 and showing just over 20807 miles at the time of cataloguing, this example was optioned from new with the full Hennessey Stage 1 package and includes build documentation, badging, and Hennessey’s signature numbered plaques.

Built in limited numbers and already scarce on the secondary market, the Mammoth 1000 represents the apex of internal combustion absurdity in an increasingly electrified landscape.
